Pilates

Impeccable posture and long, toned muscles are signs of a strong, healthy body.  Pilates is one of the best methods to build a long, lean body that is both strong and supple at the same time. The Pilates Method is scalable to all fitness levels, ages, and backgrounds, and can accommodate any injury or health condition. Pilates is a life-long movement practice that you can perform safely while getting a great workout at the same time.
     We offer full one hour one-on-one sessions and group classes on the pilates reformer and other equipment under the skilled instruction of our dual certified pilates instructor-physical therapists.  Our pilates instructor-physical therapists possess a unique combination of skills to help guide you to a stronger, leaner, and more flexible body while addressing any injuries or preventing future ones.
