PILATES

The Pilates Method is a fantastic way to build a strong, yet supple body.  Pilates is scalable to all ages and fitness levels, and can accommodate any injury or health condition.
     We offer one-on-one sessions under the skilled instruction of a dual certified Pilates Instructor-Physical Therapist, that will help guide you to a stronger, more flexible, and balanced body while addressing any injuries and preventing future ones.
